Diction wins tender worth 5.5 million DKK and becomes sole supplier of translations to three ministries

Diction has been selected as the sole supplier of translation and proofreading tasks for the Ministry of Employment, the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Interior, and the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities.

Effective from January 2021, the translation agency Diction will be responsible for all delivery of translation and proofreading tasks for these three ministries. The framework agreement won also includes more than 21 institutions and agencies that are part of these three ministries. The agreement can run for 4 years and is estimated to have a total economic value of around 5.5 million DKK.

Translation into 22 languages

The framework agreement primarily involves the purchase of translation tasks and, to a lesser extent, proofreading tasks. The tasks mainly involve the translation of texts between Danish and English, but the tender also includes translation into German, Polish, Greenlandic, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Croatian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Russian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Icelandic, Turkish, Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese.

Diction is ready for more public contracts in Denmark, Sweden and Norway

Diction has reached an important strategic milestone with the won framework agreement and looks forward to collaborating with the three Danish ministries. Over the past three years, Diction has implemented translation solutions for more than 150 customers from the public sector in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The framework agreement was tendered among several translation suppliers.
