We have recruited some of the most qualified translators, who are always ready to help you. All our translators are bilingual and translate into their native language. That's why you can always be sure that your translation is in safe hands. Text quality is essential for us. We don't send the text back until we're completely sure it's ready.
We believe it is absolutely necessary for the text to be reviewed, so that errors, omissions, and linguistic issues are identified until the final result is completely flawless. After the translation has been reviewed and we have ensured that the best possible solution has been achieved, we send the text back ready for use.
Quality control

To ensure the quality of the translation, we apply a mandatory quality assurance procedure when recruiting translators. This quality assurance means that all our translators meet a number of strict criteria. The translators we hire must have at least a master's degree from a university, or an equivalent academic degree. In addition, all translators must do a sample translation that is evaluated by subject matter experts. Our translators must also be registered as self-employed in the country where they work, and they only translate into their own native language.
Delivery time
Diction is a translation agency that is incredibly flexible when it comes to delivery times, regardless of whether you have a large or small text. The delivery time depends, of course, on the size of the text, but generally it takes five working days to process a text. However, we often finish the text before that. For larger assignments (over 50 pages), more time may be required to work on the text. Starting price
No assignment is too small for us. For all assignments, we charge a starting fee of 590 SEK excl. VAT / 1243 SEK incl. VAT. If you have many small texts, you can collect your assignments into one batch. We want to be able to delve into a text as thoroughly as possible. Therefore, we always set aside a certain amount of time for a thorough reading, even if the task is not particularly large.
Confidentiality
Many of the texts we work with are texts that have not yet been published or put into use. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance for several of our clients that the texts remain confidential.
